For the second day of International Science week we conducted a rainbow milk experiment. In which the pupils observed how the chemical bonds between the fats, proteins and the rest of the milk were weakened when adding the washing up liquid. This was made all the more enjoyable by watching the colours move around making fun patterns in the milk.
